  • Be the first point of contact for advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Conduct investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievance hearings with professionalism and discretion in line with HR best practice.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance management and absence management to maintain productivity and compliance.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects that enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with managers and employees to address concerns and promote effective resolutions.

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum).
