-Avoir démontré par l’expérience passée une attitude sécuritaire au travail. -Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en technique du génie électrique option électronique industrielle, un DEC en Électrotechnique ou l’équivalent. -Posséder une évaluation de travail démontrant un haut niveau d’assiduité et de performance. -Connaissance des systèmes en milieu industriel tels que : Moteurs, Drive à vitesse variable Rockwell, automate programmable ControlLogix, Interface opérateur RS-View est un atout. -Pouvoir travailler en équipe. -Posséder une licence Électrique ou apte à pouvoir en obtenir une. -Posséder d’excellentes connaissances et aptitudes de travail prioritairement en électricité, instrumentation et contrôle. -Bonne compréhension et bonne habileté en mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique serait un atout.
