Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to build a career in project cost management? We’re looking for a Project Controls Assistant to support our cost management team on a range of exciting engineering and infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career, whether you're a recent graduate, apprentice, or transitioning into project controls, to gain hands-on experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, and budget tracking.

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for working with data and numbers
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • On an apprenticeship or graduate pathway in quantity surveying, finance, engineering, or analytics
  • Working towards a relevant qualification such as RICS, ECITB Level 6 Diploma, or similar
  • Previous experience in cost management, finance, or project support is beneficial but not essential
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus
