Act as the primary point of contact for public inquiries related to construction projects, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
Maintain good communication with the Client, Authorities and other stakeholders related to the Project.
Lead the handover process by organizing and conducting discussions and meetings with contractors, offering guidance on the necessary requirements for handover to various authorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government authorities, local businesses, and community groups.
Utilize extensive knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements to guide contractors and stakeholders through complex approval and permit systems.
Support and advise contractors in securing all necessary construction No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and other approvals or permits prior to the commencement of works.
Proactively identify and manage the required approvals, permits, and NOCs, ensuring applications are submitted promptly to prevent project delays.
Engage with local communities and stakeholders to keep them informed about project developments and address any community related issues or feedback.
Ensure clear and transparent communication between contractors and the public regarding project timelines, impacts, and progress.
Thoroughly review the NOC conditions to ensure that contractors consistently adhere to all authority requirements, and promptly address any compliance issues that arise.
Handle and resolve any public or stakeholder complaints or issues related to construction activities in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to track and expedite NOC applications, ensuring timely issuance.
Organize and manage coordination with all Contractors involved in the Project and documentation of such coordination to ensure effective transitions with different packages and maintain records.
Monitor the progress of handover documentation by following up with contractors and tracking the submission of key documents, including As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties, GIS Drawings, and any other requirements set by local authorities.

Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with logistics management and construction would be a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civils) or Construction-related field, or equivalent construction-related work experience
Requires a comprehensive knowledge of engineering. services and construction related processes, as well as industry practices
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in the construction of large infrastructure programs in UAE and preferably in Dubai.
