Lead supplier Quality Assurance Visits (QAVs) to communicate concerns and confirm countermeasures.
Judge part quality received from suppliers and effectively solve quality problems using PDCA.
Approve supplier countermeasures and supplier change points before production usage.
Lead in-depth analysis of quality problems, including parts measurements, to minimize impact on downstream customers.
Mentor new associates on problem-solving, procedures, and Parts Quality role and responsibilities.
Prepare and submit technical documents to communicate quality problems using the NARS Honda Trouble Report system (HTR's).
Evaluate quality documents before management.
Perform judgment, disposition, and handling functions for non-conforming part problems.
Set technical requirements for supplier part change points using the NA Change Point Control System (CPCS).

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
Experience in quality engineering with a minimum of 2 years.
CMM experience is a plus.
Proficiency in quality assurance and root cause analysis.
Experience with quality tools such as Fishbone, 8D, 5WHY, and RCCA.
Familiarity with automotive manufacturing standards like TS16949.
Understanding of welding processes OR plastic injection molding.
