The role focuses on driving sales growth of Loom Solar’s products through targeted distributor training and direct customer engagement. It also aims to expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high‑potential partners from the solar industry and competing firms, and to build long‑term trust so Loom Solar remains the preferred choice for solar solutions.
The incumbent will make at least ten daily visits to retail shops, solar dealers and distributors, and conduct cold‑calling to generate new business opportunities. They will develop the dealer network by generating leads, converting them into active partners, and negotiating to position Loom Solar as the preferred brand. Responsibilities also include preparing customized quotations, updating all visits, leads and sales data in the company’s sales application, and responding promptly to dealer queries. The role requires ensuring a 30‑day stock availability with channel partners, tracking stock movement and secondary sales, and delivering training sessions to enhance product knowledge and trust.
Candidates must hold at least a graduate degree and have 2–5 years of experience in solar product, channel or electrical product sales. A strong knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries and rooftop solutions, combined with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, is essential. The role demands willingness to travel extensively, a self‑driven and target‑oriented attitude, and a passion for renewable energy.
