- 4 plus years of experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Confident in building long-term relationships with investor buyers.
- Perform light travel (up to 10% within one hour of the Green Bay area).
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, including wholesaling, fix and flip, and buy and hold.
- A natural salesperson with strong closing techniques.
- High-level training will be provided through a third party to ensure your success.
- Base salary of $40,000 per year.
