The Director of Construction is responsible for leading and managing construction projects across regions. This includes overseeing site operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with specifications, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Support multiple job sites as needed
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Provide leadership and oversight for regional construction projects
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce performance standards
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Perform final inspections and manage punch list completion
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with local jurisdictions
  • Resolve construction conflicts and ensure timely project delivery
  • Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor coordination

  • Strong knowledge of construction trades (Divisions 2–10)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project); experience with Yardi, Procore, or Prolog is a plus
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and identify/resolve deficient work
  • Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of construction experience (data center experience preferred)
