• Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop specifications and design plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities, utility companies, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits and approvals.

• Develop and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance.

• Address and resolve issues or conflicts during construction.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement strategies without compromising quality.
• Manage contracts and negotiate terms with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform work with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize multiple projects and perform under pressure.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunication Construction Manager to oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunication infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, project management, and construction, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in telecommunication construction management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects successfully.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• In‑depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Military supervisory experience a plus.
