Manufactures engineered critical components & custom tech for transportation, industrial & energy markets.
ITT is looking for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy start‑up setting to launch new sustainable products. Flow machines such as pumps, fans, and compressors consume about 35 % of global electricity, and VIDAR’s new variable‑speed motors can cut that energy use by up to 50 %.
The ideal candidate takes a technically focused approach, works well under pressure, and is in the third or fourth year of an electrical‑engineering degree. Strong quantitative, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from feedback.
You will join a talented, diverse engineering team for a six‑month internship starting in spring 2026. The environment is curious, entrepreneurial, and innovative, encouraging the exchange of ideas and experiences. Your supervisor will act as a partner and coach for both personal and professional growth, and you will be trusted to deliver outstanding results.
ITT is committed to fair, competitive compensation and offers a robust total‑rewards package, including health insurance, 401(k), short‑ and long‑term disability, paid time off, and development opportunities. Additional incentive programs and benefits may vary depending on collective‑bargaining agreements.
The hourly wage for this internship ranges from $25.00 to $30.00, based on experience, location, and market considerations.
