Ensure, as far as practicable, that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with the agreed budget and programme.
Produce or utilise OHL support models within the transmission design models.
Produce electrical line performance assessments and all electrical safety studies.
Integrate and support the development of innovation within project solutions.
Create design deliverables to confirm the outputs of the engineering studies to internal and external stakeholders.
Evaluate, select, and quantify transmission line components on projects.
Support safety by design assessments throughout the design process.
Complete overhead line design studies to support construction and consultancy projects.
Set up and develop transmission line models.
Keep up to date with all technical quality management procedures, developments and specifications related to the discipline work scope.

Minimum 2:1 degree - BEng or MEng degree in a suitable Engineering discipline including, Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical.
Fluent spoken and written English language.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary team environments.
Ability to work as part of a dispersed and remote team and be able to communicate through collaboration software such as Microsoft teams.
Strong technical skills in the production of engineering designs.
