Restoration Technician

Description

• Inspect completed work.
• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.

Requirements

• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
