- OSHA 10 preferred
- This employee must have the ability to service and install most commercial plumbing.
- Must be willing to be available for 24 hour emergency service.
- Appearance must be clean, neat and professional at all times.
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, to extend arms over head to facilitate installation of product.
- Must have good organizational skills, written and communication skills.
- Must have a clean driving record in order to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to climb and work off ladders, climb extension ladders to roof.
