Regularly update customers of any actions related to mutual business engagements and serve as primary point of contact to address and resolve requests or questions.
Acts as an advocate and solutions expert to sales staff and customers across the Crete United EP network.
Builds bridges across company or partner key stakeholder teams (silos) to bring capabilities and talent in alignment with customer needs that impact AC Corporation and partner business outcomes.
Manage and hold accountable Agent Partners to deliver quality opportunities and sell AC Corporation AHUs and fab services based on value and performance.
Identifies and addresses trends in market, key customer issues, and competitive issues.
Involved in escalations when customer expectations are not being met.
Works closely with leadership of Estimating/Service/Project Management to assure team is providing comprehensive data needed to expedite bid proposal delivery.
Identify and develop contractual Agent Partner (AP) relationships prioritizing synergy in total fab solutions where existing.
Establish, measure, and communicate performance to plan, including metrics, to Agent Partners and internal stakeholders at regular intervals.
Coach and help identify Cross-Sell opportunities and foster communication across company partners to deliver customers completely solutions that deliver value.
