Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T).
Duties relating to the managing of people including hiring, training, planning, performance and development, employee recognition, and conflict resolution.
Provide sound, independent and seasoned judgement that follows company policies and procedures in meeting OTECH obligations.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and management of Oceaneering standards.
Identify, plan for, resource, and implement management actions to acquire repair parts, spares, and all classes of supply to ensure the best equipment/ capability is available in support of OTECH program execution.
Support and instill a safety culture within the team that is in compliance with Oceaneering’s Life Safety Rules and HSE program.
Interface with internal and external customers on IPS activities.
Manage the Integrate Product Support (IPS) elements related to the execution of LSA acquisition activities for OTECH programs to include:
Participate in technical program reviews as needed.
Ensure Contract and Divisional procedural requirements are addressed.
Plan, organize and manage the work of stakeholders to ensure work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organization requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years in an Integrated Product Support role with proven success and understanding of procedures, processes, and tools.
Well-versed in web-based data application and data management.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Comfortable in conversing at all levels within the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated ability at a lead/supervisory level.
Master’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, technical discipline, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must be able to obtain security clearance.
