As the Director of Civil Engineering for Land Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Jacksonville and NE Florida market operations. You will lead business development initiatives, manage a talented team of engineers and support staff, and spearhead the regional strategy for our land development projects. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in civil engineering, a proven track record in land development, and exceptional leadership and business development skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development (commercial and/or SFD).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
