- Coordinates with a small team of visualization designers to develop and refine processes for analytic graphic support
- Consults with subject-matter experts to transform data and analysis into compelling visualizations and graphic narratives, including charts and infographics.
- Assists in providing clear visualizations, as necessary, for INR's websites, templates, and other products. Requirements
- Reviews intelligence products to ensure that all images-including graphics, maps, and photos-contribute to the analytic narrative, complement accompanying written analysis, and meet intelligence tradecraft standards.

- Excellent facility with the complete Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience working with and interpreting data and qualitative analysis to inform and design visualizations
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and creative skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Web design and graphic tools
- Attention to detail and ability to track progress on multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience building productive relationships across teams
- Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop
- Two (2) years working in data visualization and visual storytelling. (Can trade out some years for education qualifications). Bachelor's Degree required in relevant field
- High proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, or similar vector graphics program (i.e. GIMP, Inkscape)
- Demonstrated creative or design skills
