What you would be doing

- Serve as the primary internal liaison for a designated number of ongoing projects
- Compile invoices in Deltek and distribute them to clients promptly
- Coordinate with peers to manage cost tracking and analysis
- Work directly with the Controller and CFO to complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Collaborate with team members to manage scheduled tasks and adjust to urgent project requests
- Coordinate with the BNP Marketing Team for project-specific requirements and data reporting
- Communicate with project managers and senior leadership to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
- Manage Accounts Payable for timely payment to project subconsultants
- Track Accounts Receivable regularly and communicate with leadership based on client and project trends

- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a related field
- Ability to read, interpret, and develop project reporting
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze project statuses
- Business management, finance, or accounting background. However, applicants with related certifications, as well as candidates with other educational backgrounds, may be considered if they possess relevant knowledge or experience.
- Exceptional client rapport and communication skills
- Finance or accounting-focused associate's degree or higher, or similar experience
- Ability to work in our Denver office.
- Compliance with all US mandatory employer contributions
- Applicants for this position must possess the legal right to work in the US.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deltek experience is highly preferred but not required
- Experience managing workloads, timelines, and budgets
- Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
- Experience using Deltek as an ERP system, preferably Vantagepoint, compiling data and reporting packages.
- The role will begin at approximately 25–30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time depending on evolving business needs.
