About the Role: Supervise & control of Contractors / in-house construction teams, and schedule site activities including technical inputs for construction.

Presentation of MIS and Executive Summary reports.
Supervise billing and ensure safety compliances at Site.
Preparing and reviewing the quality control plans.
Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters with emphasis on optimization of resources - men, material & money.
Ensure seamless coordination between Site, Design team and purchase team.
Participating in project review meetings with centralized PMO for evaluating project progress & trouble shooting.
Identifying & developing cost effective labour contractors, optimum use of equipment and overall resource planning to ensure timely delivery within the budgeted cost.
Guide the project planning team to ensure there are no time and budget overruns.

Required Skills: Strong construction management and PRW mobilization experience

Experience in construction of high rise residential towers is a must.
