Overview

Estimate costs, develop quotes, and create manufacturing processes for aerospace parts.

Tasks

-Issue quotations on-time -Developing & Analyzing request for quotes and determining best manufacturing process to build parts and assemblies -Help develop routings and bill of materials to efficiently manufacture products -Build production processes for manufacturing while assuring: -Request raw material sources costs and outside labor costs from internal departments and outside vendors -Provide weekly updated metrics on current projects and/or delays in quoting -Update necessary databases with customer/order information as applicable -Responsible for the accumulation of the costs of an RFQ

What You Bring

-Project Management experience -CAD experience (Solid Works, Autodesk) -Aerospace industry experience (AS9100 preferred) -Blue-print reading with strong GD&T skills -5+ years estimating within manufacturing -Minimum 2 year Associates degree in Mechanical, or Industrial engineering
