Participate in information gathering session with clients regarding organizational structure, process, technology, and culture
Collaborate with a team to develop solutions to solve organizational challenges for a government client that interfaces with the transit industry
Develop work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client improvements
Present work products and information to clients in meetings and facilitate discussions on those items
Work with stakeholders to help keep projects on-time and within budget

Experience working with the Federal government / Public Sector
This will be a hybrid role requiring 3-5 days on-site
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and US Citizen
Ability to thrive in client service and team-based environments, especially when tackling unstructured problems
Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse
Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
Experience working with Federal, state, or local transportation organizations
