Implement a structured and realistic approach to planning for all bids and live projects, with a focus on the pre-construction phase and activities of the Client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure Delivery Project programme status and forecasts are captured contemporaneously and systematically reported, identifying risks and opportunities, to facilitate timely decision making
Setup as-built programmes procedure and commence establishment of benchmark productivity data rates to track trends, forecast resource risks and improve the rigour in planning and programming
Can influence with both internal and external stakeholders in the engineering, consulting or construction industries
As-built data recording
Approve Contract Programmes against head contract requirements for commercial compliance
Production controls for pre-construction and delivery phases
Lead the planning for the planning and programming function for all tenders and negotiated offers
Establishment of the template Delivery Project suite of production control documents, including Tender Letting and Procurement schedules, reporting templates, delay registers
