Lead the production of deliverable documents throughout the SD, DD, CD, and CA phases.
Facilitate coordination with the Project Designer and Project Manager to maintain the original design intent.
Work directly with clients and contractors during all phases of design and construction.
Ensure quality assurance of design documents.
Supervise, direct work, and mentor project staff.

Degree in Architecture and registered Architect status.
Fluency in Adobe Suite programs.
Demonstrate strong technical leadership and document coordination.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
Expertise in construction documentation and administration.
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
Experience in multifamily, senior living, multi-family/mixed-use, and large-scale commercial design.
Possess an experienced understanding of building codes, zoning, and planning regulations.
