Description

• Originate and execute spot and structured RNG transactions in North American voluntary and global compliance markets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize WMRE’s RNG market position.
• Maintain expertise on compliance market regulations and legislation impacting RIN and voluntary pricing.
• Leverage industry buyer network to sell RNG and drive transactions.
• Interpret federal tax and incentive legislation to assess market impacts.
• Develop innovative deal structures to foster growth and entrepreneurship.
• Manage strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Utilize environmental attributes platforms and manage RNG chain‑of‑custody logistics.
• Provide comprehensive insight into RNG pricing across voluntary markets.

Requirements

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field and at least five years of energy origination experience. Candidates must demonstrate a strong network of industry buyers, knowledge of relevant legislation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment.

• Apply knowledge of physical natural gas logistics and market dynamics.
• Understand ISCC certification requirements.
