Description

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent and foot care, vital signs, height/weight checks).
• Assist residents during meals and promote a calm atmosphere.
• Report any unusual resident behaviors to the nurse on duty and Director of Health Services.
• Greet residents warmly by name with a smile.
• Treat everyone with courteous respect.
• Anticipate resident needs and act proactively.

Requirements

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or a skilled setting. A Nurse Aide Certification is preferred but not required.

Candidates must complete an employment history review, physical exam, tuberculin skin test or chest X‑ray, drug screen, criminal background check, reference checks, and OIG eligibility verification.
