It is a full‑time hourly, non‑exempt role with a pay range of $18‑$20 per hour plus shift differential, dependent on credentials and experience. Employees work 12‑hour day or night shifts. Rose Senior Living is hiring a hospitality‑focused Full‑Time Caregiver/CNA. The caregiver assists residents with high‑quality personal care—including bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent and foot care, as well as vital sign checks—and supports them at mealtimes while encouraging a calm atmosphere. The caregiver also reports any unusual resident behaviors to the nurse on duty and the Director of Health Services.
