Ability to safely drive a commercial van loaded with tools, frequent visits to job sites
Must have minimum 1 Journeyman license within MD, DC, VA. Must have Journeyman licenses within MD and DC within 6 months of hire
Minimum 1-5 years experience in commercial HVAC industry
Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required
Lift a minimum 50lbs frequently, and able to work indoors and outdoors through seasonal changes
Experience with airside and chillers is preferred
Must have CFC certification
Able to climb ladders, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time
Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
