Act as the primary interface between the Superintending Officer and the project team, leading contract administration for large-scale aviation and infrastructure projects.
Monitor construction progress through inspections, audits, and site supervision, ensuring adherence to approved designs, methodologies, and Singapore regulations.
Lead and coordinate design, construction, supervision, and handover activities to ensure compliance with contract, quality, safety, and programme requirements.

Proven experience performing the SOR (or similar) role on at least one major project valued at S$300 million or above under PSSCOC or an equivalent contract.
A minimum of 15 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or building projects, including extensive experience in contract administration and major C&S or geotechnical works.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, underpinned by professionalism, integrity, and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Deep expertise in statutory codes, contract administration (claims, EOTs), site management, supervision, and quality control procedures.
A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering, eligible for registration with the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore or an equivalent accepted qualification.
