Lead / assist architects and senior team members in project design.
Validate plans with project programmes and apply code analyses prepared by senior architects.
Prepare construction detailing and research appropriate materials.
Actively maintain and progress professional requirements for provincial internship.
Review existing documentation and visit sites to gather data for the preparation of architectural drawings, documentation, models, and visualisations.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural consulting firm.
Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows; proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
Currently registered, or will shortly be eligible to register, in a provincial professional internship program.
Accredited professional architectural degree from a CACB-recognised university.
Preference for candidates with experience in visualisation software (SketchUp, VRay, Enscape), Adobe Creative Suite, and generative design tools.
Ability to obtain Reliability and Secret level security clearance (mandatory).
