Manage all MEP and T&C activities for mixed-use building construction projects from inception to completion
Manage the testing and commissioning process for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and optimize MEP systems
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building regulations and international standards
Identify and mitigate potential risks related to MEP and T&C activities
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
Mentor and guide junior MEP engineers and technicians
Develop and implement MEP and T&C strategies, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international standards
Oversee the preparation and review of MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to project stakeholders
Implement sustainable building practices and pursue relevant green building certifications

In-depth understanding of testing and commissioning procedures for MEP systems
Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Experience with sustainable building practices and green building certifications (e.g., LEED)
Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP/T&C management for construction projects, with a focus on mixed-use buildings
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes and regulations, as well as international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
Willingness to travel to project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Proven track record of successfully managing complex MEP systems in large-scale construction projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
