The Director, Corporate EHS will lead global safety, ergonomics, environmental, sustainability, remediation and compliance initiatives. Reporting to the EVP of Human Resources, the role manages a direct team of eight EHS professionals and influences additional EHS groups across operations, while interacting with the Board, CEO and senior leaders.
- Promote a unified vision for EHS excellence across all global operations.
- Lead and develop a team of eight EHS professionals and coordinate external consultants.
- Design and execute strategies to lower workplace safety and ergonomic injury risks.
- Reduce environmental emissions, energy use, solid waste, recyclables and water consumption.
- Partner with business‑unit leaders to ensure cross‑functional alignment and results.
- Drive program and change‑management initiatives to embed EHS practices organization‑wide.
- Centralize disparate EHS data sources to streamline reporting and analytics.
- Oversee facility audits, implement findings, and continuously improve compliance systems.
- Monitor regulatory changes and develop mitigation plans for U.S., Canadian and Mexican requirements.
- Maintain and update EHS policies, guidelines and operational procedures.
- Mentor and coach other EHS professionals, recognizing and celebrating performance.
- Manage remediation projects, including strategy, budgeting and technical assessments.

Candidates need at least 15 years of progressive experience, including five years developing corporate‑wide EHS programs in a multi‑site manufacturing environment, strong analytical and influencing skills, and knowledge of U.S., Canadian and Mexican regulations. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or EHS is required; advanced credentials (PE, CSP) are preferred. The position is based in Richardson, TX with up to 25 % travel.
