The Director, Corporate EHS will lead global safety, ergonomics, environmental, sustainability, remediation and compliance initiatives. Reporting to the EVP of Human Resources, the role manages a direct team of eight EHS professionals and influences additional EHS groups across operations, while interacting with the Board, CEO and senior leaders.
Candidates need at least 15 years of progressive experience, including five years developing corporate‑wide EHS programs in a multi‑site manufacturing environment, strong analytical and influencing skills, and knowledge of U.S., Canadian and Mexican regulations. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or EHS is required; advanced credentials (PE, CSP) are preferred. The position is based in Richardson, TX with up to 25 % travel.
