We’re recruiting for a Compliance Manager to take ownership of labour compliance across multiple active sites. This role is key in ensuring that all workforce activity, subcontractors, and site teams operate to the highest legal and company standards.

The successful individual will design and implement audit programmes, conduct site inspections, and carry out investigations where required — ensuring every project remains fully compliant.

  • Report audit findings to senior management and ensure standards are consistently upheld.
  • Design and implement comprehensive audit plans and compliance frameworks.
  • Review and analyse labour data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate and close out non-compliance cases, ensuring corrective actions are applied.
  • Provide feedback and training to site and project teams on compliance best practice.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all systems reflect up-to-date compliance information.
  • Conduct regular audits across multiple sites to verify labour compliance and workforce legitimacy.
