The Installer I will assist the crew in setting up manufactured homes, including removing protective shipping wrap, storing exterior materials such as shingles, and helping to remove tires, axles, and tongues that can weigh up to 50 lb. Additional duties include traveling to each home site, loading and unloading materials, organizing tools and trucks, assisting with vapor‑barrier installation, gathering materials for piers, and performing masonry work beneath the homes.
Ideal candidates enjoy working with their hands outdoors, are eager to begin a construction career, and can lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders and crawl beneath homes. A positive, team‑oriented attitude and comfort using hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench are essential.
