- Lead façade design and engineering throughout all project stages, ensuring technical excellence from concept to construction.

- Review and validate façade calculations, performance criteria, and technical specifications to maintain design integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, structural, and MEP teams, as well as façade specialists and contractors.
- Provide specialized guidance on façade materials, systems, performance, and detailing to achieve architectural and functional goals.
- Promote innovative materials, sustainable strategies, and digital design tools in façade development and research.
- Ensure all façade designs comply with applicable codes, sustainability standards, and fire safety regulations.
- Develop façade and façade access technical report and full technical specifications.

- Proven record in leading complex façade projects across multiple building typologies.
- Strong understanding of glass, aluminium, steel, stone, GFRC, and composite façade systems.
- Familiarity with international façade standards (EN, ASTM, CWCT, AAMA, and others).
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Façade Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience working in international, multidisciplinary environments.
- Proficiency in façade design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Understanding of BIM coordination and digital workflows is an advantage.
- Experience in sustainability certifications (LEED, BREEAM, Estidama) related to façades.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver results under tight deadlines. Membership in a professional engineering or architectural body (e.g., CEng, RIBA, P.E.).
- Knowledge of structural and thermal performance principles related to façades.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in façade design and consultancy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
