Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities for DRUPS (Dynamic Rotating UPS) systems at customer sites.
Identify current and potential issues during preventive maintenance activities.
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programmes at various customer locations.
Generate, maintain, and submit clear and concise service documentation, including service reports, for every service activity performed.
Provide timely feedback and propose technical solutions to back-office teams to support issue resolution and customer discussions.
Attend to on-site troubleshooting and corrective repair works to restore system functionality.

Good knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical systems.
Able to respond effectively to service demands and operational challenges.
Understanding of electrical rotating machine functionality and service methodologies.
Team leadership or mentoring experience.
Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to service documentation.
Ability to diagnose issues and propose technical solutions in high-reliability service environments.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership as the person in charge on-site.
Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
2–3 years of relevant experience in M&E engineering service, maintenance, or project management roles.
