Director of Product Management

Description

We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Director of Product Management to guide product initiatives across a diverse suite of connected healthcare and research technologies. This leader will oversee the full lifecycle of a multi-layer platform that integrates wearable sensor devices, data processing infrastructure, and clinical or operational applications. The role requires a strong ability to unify cross-functional input and build solutions that support both remote care delivery and technology-enabled research programs.

• Collaborate in agile planning cycles, guide development workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Translate complex care pathways and research processes into scalable digital products and integrated system features.
• Support product communication, positioning, and customer-facing messaging, contributing to marketing and sales enablement content.
• Promote a quality-first mindset and ensure products remain aligned with applicable compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop business analyses to support decision making, including revenue forecasting, cost modeling, and ROI calculations.
• Define user needs, product requirements, and functional specifications; contribute to feature planning and long-term product evolution.
• Establish and communicate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company priorities and market opportunities in digital health and technology-enabled clinical workflows.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Clinical/Operational teams to drive rollout readiness and product adoption.
• Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitive research, and market intelligence to support prioritization and positioning.
• Work with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Clinical, QA/RA, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to ensure cohesive delivery of integrated solutions.
• Serve as a subject-matter liaison for stakeholders across clinical operations, research coordination, data management, healthcare delivery, and related domains.
• Lead the product lifecycle from early concept validation through launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions informed by early market feedback and customer engagement.
• Help refine internal processes for product planning, execution, and prioritization across cross-functional contributors.
• Lead a team of product managers and designers, providing mentorship, direction, and strategic guidance.
• Consolidate inputs from clinical, technical, and business teams to create balanced and actionable requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, healthcare, or engineering discipline required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional product groups.
• 10+ years of product management experience within healthcare technology, life sciences, clinical systems, or similarly regulated domains.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing products subject to regulatory oversight (e.g., software used in healthcare environments, connected medical technologies, or similar).
• Familiarity with remote monitoring, data-driven clinical workflows, or digital platforms supporting clinical or research environments.
