The Operations Technician III role involves reading and interpreting drawings, supporting pipeline operations, safely maintaining facility equipment, and analyzing data to resolve technical and operational issues. Safety, accurate record‑keeping, and compliance with permits are essential to success. The position offers a challenging environment that aligns with Williams' core values and promotes rapid learning and growth.
Technicians at all levels are responsible for inspecting, supervising, and maintaining equipment to meet technical and governmental standards, analyzing data to find solutions, and completing reports, logs, and preventative‑maintenance records. They must acquire and apply knowledge of site‑specific permits, compliance requirements, and safe operating procedures while protecting the community, personnel, environment, and assets.

Shift work includes after‑hours, on‑call rotations, nights, weekends, holidays, 10‑12‑hour shifts, overtime, and occasional travel with overnight stays.
