  • Executing Talent Management processes and managing system administration related to the Talent Management processes and coordinating various internal assessments such as 360 Assessment, Leadership Assessment, etc.,
  • Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all Talent Management stakeholders
  • Ensuring execution and delivery of Talent Management services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
  • Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing Talent Management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance or Commerce
