Description

• Manage offer strategy and negotiation, ensuring smooth candidate experience and timely closures while partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
• Champion employer brand on campus and industry channels; represent the company at tech meetups, hackathons, and recruitment events as needed.
• Conduct technical screens, evaluate candidate fit with hiring managers, and coordinate end-to-end interview processes and feedback loops.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness) and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and internal ATS to build high-quality pipelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on technical/IT recruitment experience (full-cycle) in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, or Product roles.
• Strong stakeholder management—partnering closely with hiring managers to define role profiles and interview plans.
• Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining candidate pipelines and dashboards.
• Own full-cycle technical recruitment for IT, software engineering, DevOps, cloud, and data roles—from intake and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Proven expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to source passive candidates for niche tech roles.
