Reviewing and managing budgets and project spend;
Design of municipal water and wastewater treatment systems, including water/wastewater characterization, bench and pilot-scale treatability evaluations, PFD and P&ID development, production of detailed engineering drawings and specifications, construction supervision, and commissioning;
Managing task execution, and providing guidance to project personnel;
Design, specification, and tendering of major process equipment purchases;

Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM);
Detailed design, procurement, contract administration, and commissioning experience; and,
Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or mechanical engineering, Master’s degree is an asset;
Experienced in business development and building client relationships;
Experienced with project management and project delivery according to quality standards;
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports and documents;
Minimum 10 years of technical engineering skills in water/wastewater treatment design;
Strong organizational skills in both information and time management;
Strong project management and discipline lead skills;
Strong inter-personal skills to assist project delivery with complex teams, and with mentoring and training colleagues;
Proven record of independently leading successful projects;
Valid driver's license.
