Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency with traffic engineering software such as GIS, MicroStation, TransCAD, SignCAD, VISSIM, GuideSign, and Synchro/SimTraffic.
10–15 years of experience in traffic engineering, including planning, modeling, analysis, and design.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
