Candidate will have strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well independently and in team environments.

Technical expertise with solid waste permitting, design, and construction.
Periodic travel is anticipated.
Candidate should be able to pursue, win and execute work in a team setting.
Knowledge of Federal and State environmental regulations is required.
Excellent technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually essential.
A minimum of 8 years of directly applicable experience as described above.
Excellent communication, report writing, computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project / task management skills required; experience with MS Project a plus.
