Tasks

-Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives within Family Law. -Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and firm procedures at all times. -Prepare and format legal correspondence, documents, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail. -Handle file management, including opening, updating, and archiving client files. -Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining a professional and friendly approach. -Manage billing processes, draft invoices, and assist with file closing. -Organise diaries, arrange appointments, and liaise with clients and third parties.
