Family Law Legal Secretary

Description

• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Senior Executives within Family Law.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and firm procedures at all times.
• Prepare and format legal correspondence, documents, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Handle file management, including opening, updating, and archiving client files.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage billing processes, draft invoices, and assist with file closing.
• Organise diaries, arrange appointments, and liaise with clients and third parties.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant is essential.
• Experience within Family Law is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
