Manage change orders, estimates, and project documentation (submittals, samples, safety info).
Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Review contracts, drawings, and project scope; resolve discrepancies promptly.
Ensure timely project closeout, including punch list completion and warranty documentation.
Monitor project costs, prepare billing forecasts, and work with finance to adjust budgets.
Plan, schedule, and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and performance growth.
Oversee projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents

3–5 years of commercial construction experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
Valid driver's license with ability to travel to job sites
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the construction industry
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and construction management software
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with Planswift or other estimating software
