Input to the rolling forecast (PO process) in connection with the dealers and influence the Planning, Forecasting, Ordering & Scheduling processes in connection with the Commercial Logistics Dep;
Drive the dealers through use of CRM system.
Develop the business working closely to the Dealers/Distributors existing organization.
Monitor adequate Dealer inventory levels and analyse the assigned Dealer Territory in order to verify the proper coverage.
Continually evaluate dealer financial results, business management, capital and profits needed to support market growth opportunities and facilitate financial support by internal departments for dealer/importer development and wholesale credit risk management.
Explore new business opportunities in the market.
Responsible for the achievement of Market sales objectives in terms of market share, volumes and margins assigned.
Manage all variable discounts.
Deliver Customer Satisfaction.
Propose the annual Business Plans and guarantee implementation thereof, coordinating the activity with other internal functions (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, …);
Coach, develop and lead the team .
Provide input on the market potential and its trends and propose the required actions to further develop the business and monitor competitors’ activity in the Market.
The position is responsible for achieving the target assigned (volumes, revenue, margins, market share) by the Business Director for the product ranges in scope, ensuring the right execution of Commercial Terms and Conditions / and managing and maintaining the dealer relationship coordinating the objectives with relevant team members.
Build Customer & Dealer relationship.
Problem solving and proactive approach in order to find the proper solution to financial, logistics, distribution problems as well as offset competitors initiatives.

Experience Required
Outstanding selling and negotiation techniques.
Experience in similar roles (knowledge of finance, credit risk control, international business rules and procedures);
Knowledge of dealers financial and economic ratios.
