  • Contribute to cost controlling with efficient planning and cost management data analysis with approved specification.
  • Update of progress in schedule.
  • Assist in collation of data related to all planning reports, project management, drawings management, contract management etc.
  • Coordination with project manager, site team, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Design and Drawings tracker.
  • Escalation and highlight the project critical issues to management.
  • Prepare & manage document as per stated protocols & standard templates.
  • Highlight the delay of Project.
  • Maintaining the data of all contractors including all correspondence communicated with contractors.
  • Hindrance analysis of Project.
  • Maintaining the data of all drawings and designs.
  • Preparation and update of below mentioned reports and data.
  • Tracking of Budget as per requirement.
  • Tracking of Schedule as per requirements.
  • Involvement in coordination for Design, DBR, Tendering, shop drawings, and project queries.
  • Maintain all data & documents for future reference as per defined document management policy.
  • Preparation DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR as per approved formats. Costing and Budgeting
  • Coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Value engineering in budget of project and during lifecycle of project.
  • Risk analysis of Project.
  • Preparation of budgets from preconstruction to handover of project as per project life cycle.
  • Issuance of delay notice to contractors as per management process.
  • Creation of baseline for any project.
  • Maintain all reports like DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR.

  • Knowledge of the overall function involved in project management.
  • Understanding of activity sequence with detailed activity & work breakdown structure for any project like residential, commercial, office, infra etc.
  • Full time B. Tech/B. E. Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Understanding of Critical path analysis.
  • 12 to 15 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
