What you would be doing

- Contribute to cost controlling with efficient planning and cost management data analysis with approved specification.
- Update of progress in schedule.
- Assist in collation of data related to all planning reports, project management, drawings management, contract management etc.
- Coordination with project manager, site team, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Design and Drawings tracker.
- Escalation and highlight the project critical issues to management.
- Prepare & manage document as per stated protocols & standard templates.
- Highlight the delay of Project.
- Maintaining the data of all contractors including all correspondence communicated with contractors.
- Hindrance analysis of Project.
- Maintaining the data of all drawings and designs.
- Preparation and update of below mentioned reports and data.
- Tracking of Budget as per requirement.
- Tracking of Schedule as per requirements.
- Involvement in coordination for Design, DBR, Tendering, shop drawings, and project queries.
- Maintain all data & documents for future reference as per defined document management policy.
- Preparation DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR as per approved formats. Costing and Budgeting
- Coordination with all stakeholders.
- Value engineering in budget of project and during lifecycle of project.
- Risk analysis of Project.
- Preparation of budgets from preconstruction to handover of project as per project life cycle.
- Issuance of delay notice to contractors as per management process.
- Creation of baseline for any project.
- Maintain all reports like DPR, DLR, WPR, MPR.

- Knowledge of the overall function involved in project management.
- Understanding of activity sequence with detailed activity & work breakdown structure for any project like residential, commercial, office, infra etc.
- Full time B. Tech/B. E. Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Understanding of Critical path analysis.
- 12 to 15 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- Monthly work done statement.
