What you would be doing

In this role, you will help maintain and promote a strong culture of safety across a large-scale industrial construction project. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

  • Prepare materials for weekly safety meetings and safety-related events.
  • Coordinate daily safety activities and communicate with project teams and contractors.
  • Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and assist with contractor badging.
  • Record and analyze incidents, injuries, and safety trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct safety orientations and trainings for new contractor employees.
  • Manage PPE distribution and process safety material requests.
  • Record and track daily work progress to support accurate project documentation.
