Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan)

Description

As a Real Estate Agent specialized in Off-Plan at fäm Properties, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or investing in properties in Dubai.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Participate in exclusive sales training sessions led by our CEO, sharpening your skills with real-world strategies
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Match clients with suitable properties

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required)
