Minimum of a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Technology or Management or equivalent training and expertise.
Must demonstrate the ability to be able to communicate both written and verbal to all levels within the organization and externally to suppliers and customers.
Experience with PDCA, A3, DOE, 5-Why, Fish Bone Diagram, Lean Sigma, DMAIC
Error Proofing, Eyes for Waste, Visual Management
Possess ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Document control, product and process qualification, and audit processes
3 - 5 years of experience in engineering.
Strong analytical skills and expertise using tools like Excel, Minitab, Power bi
