  • Supervise teams on site, manage subcontractors, and oversee commissioning activities.
  • Support the delivery of safe, high-quality remediation projects across the UK.
  • Maintain oversight of health, safety, programme, quality, and budgets.
  • Help deploy, commission, and maintain specialist site equipment.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our work.
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to learn how projects are run and delivered.
  • Take the lead on delivering complex remediation projects, supporting Project Managers.
  • Supervise site activities and subcontractors, with full training given.

  • Have good problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Are confident leading site teams and working closely with Project Managers.
  • Hold a relevant qualification in engineering or a related subject (ideally working towards chartership).
  • Are willing to travel across the UK and have a full UK driving licence.
  • Are organised, proactive, and good at supporting and mentoring others.
  • Are practical, hands-on, and enjoy being outdoors in a team environment.
  • Are willing to travel and hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Have experience managing contractors, site activities, and safety on complex projects.
  • Have a solid background in remediation or environmental projects and be confident managing teams and subcontractors on site.
  • Understand health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM.
  • May have experience in remediation, environmental science, construction, civils, or similar, or be looking to develop a career in this area.
