Upload and update training content to Learning Management Systems as needed
Provide administrative support for Talent Acquisition processes, including scheduling interviews, and editing/posting job descriptions
Conduct regular assessments of the recruiting and onboarding processes, gathering feedback to continuously improve the experience
Conduct onboarding and exit surveys and interviews, analyze feedback, and provide insights to improve employee experience
Support the People Team in updating training calendars, content, materials, and participating in and facilitating training sessions
Assist with vetting employee referrals, administering pre-employment assessments, new hire paperwork, and drug and background screenings
Coordinate the procurement, tracking, and distribution of company swag or gifts for employee perks or specific occasions
Assist with logistical planning and onsite support of recruiting events including career fairs, and People Team programs
Collaborate with the People Team and other department leads to coordinate onboarding including new hire kits and swag, training resources, and other related documents

Familiarity with social media platforms and talent acquisition technologies is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
